With powerful burners, 130°F simmer burner rating, and adjustable grate positioning for variable temperature cooking, these are two of the finest residential indoor charbroilers available. Heavy-duty, commercial stainless steel construction combined with several innovative features make either BlueStar indoor charbroiler an excellent addition to your favorite room. Both charbroilers offer perfect grilling, thanks to the intense, even heat, delivered by unique, stainless steel commercial U-burners. 30" model comes with two 15,000 BTU burners, while 15" indoor charbroiler has one. Push-to-turn burner controls, matte-porcelain cast iron easy clean grates, removable drip trays with steel roller bearings, wrap-around splash guard. BlueStar.
