60 INCH RESIDENTIAL NOVA BURNER WITH FRENCH TOP FROM BLUESTAR
When I look at the 60 inch Residential Nova Burner, the word that comes to mind is power, in-your-face raw power. The 48 inch RNB BlueStar professional range is also available, but for true commercial type cooking experience, my choice is this 60 inch Nova Burner with French Top. The range comes with the staggering 22,000 BTU UltraNova burner, and French Top burner delivers another 18,000 BTUs. Nova burner adds 15,000 BTUs and simmer burner provides even more flexibility using gentle 130ºF with superior temperature control and flame disbursement. The unique French Top stainless steel plate is an exceptionally versatile cooking surface, with variable heat zones between 220º and 850º, perfect for slow cooking, sauteing, and warming sauces. The plate accommodates two cooking rings that can be removed to cook on an open flame or to accommodate a wok. Both ovens easily accommodate a full-size commercial size 18" x 26" baking sheet and rated at stunning 30,000 BTUs. In spite of its cooking might, this cooker is only 24 inch deep to fit with standard kitchen cabinets. Available in 190 different colors and stainless steel, and features like convection system, automatic electronic ignition and re-ignition system, interior oven light, 15,000 BTU ceramic infra-red broiler, heavy-duty control knob and heavy-duty, commercial stainless steel construction, the 60 inch Residential Nova Burner with French Top from BlueStar is the ultimate cooker for any modern kitchen.
