'White Glove Service' from BlueStar
BlueStar is pleased to announce the launch of our new ‘White Glove Service’. Order and install any BlueStar RNB range or cooktop and a certified service technician will visit your home to fine tune your BlueStar for optimal performance - at no charge. Following White Glove Service your BlueStar product warranty will automatically double, from 1 year limited to 2 year limited. Please click here for the press release.

How it works:
- Purchase a BlueStar range and have the product delivered and fully installed.
- Contact BlueStar customer service at 1.800.449.8691 within 10 days of installation to schedule White Glove Service.
- BlueStar will dispatch a certified BlueStar service technician to your home within 10 days to fine-tune your BlueStar for optimal performance.
- Upon completion of the White Glove Service, the standard 1 year limited warranty will be doubled to a 2 year limited warranty.
- Only BlueStar RNB ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, and drop-in cooktops are eligible for White Glove Service. Other products, including RCS ranges, are NOT eligible.
- Program begins April 14th, 2008. Currently available in the continental United States and Ontario, Canada only.
