The newest addition to our ever-evolving showroom had its official opening last night, with a special event led by renowned local chef Paul Kahan. Chef Kahan, best known as the creative force behind Chicago restaurants Blackbird, avec, and The Publican, among others, stopped by Abt to lead guests through a multi-course cooking demonstration utilizing Bluestar kitchen appliances. Attendees got to enjoy Chef Kahan’s dishes, and everyone also walked away with a copy of his brand new book Cooking for Good Times.
The Bluestar showroom includes some of the brand’s best products, highlighting not just the features that are sought after by chefs around the world—like the 25,000 BTU PrimaNova burners—but also the design elements that make them perfect for a stylish home kitchen. Bluestar is known for its myriad customization options, from modular cooktop configurations to an entire rainbow of color choices.
