We’ve always been into a colorful kitchen. (Just look at Rachael’s tabletop and cookware!) Now others are catching on, with ranges, fridges, and other major appliances trading basic finishes for on-trend hues and patterns. KitchenAid is rolling out a color expansion on gadgets like its commercial-style oven ranges, available in nine shades including Yellow Pepper and Avocado Cream. BlueStar recently rounded out its Savor the Seasons color series with springy aubergine and summery blackberry for hoods, cooktops, and fridges. And Smeg—a Pinterest favorite thanks to its rainbow-bright refrigerators—unleashed three new colorways last year: Ruby Red, Taupe, and Emerald Green. Practical and pretty? We’ll take it!
