Each year, as part of the annual Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the program recognizes the most innovative new kitchen and bath products introduced during the weeklong event. The Best of KBIS is regarded as the most prestigious honor within the Kitchen and Bath industry. The 2021 winners were just announced:
BLUESTAR BY DESIGN
BlueStar, a manufacturer of high-end restaurant-grade kitchen appliances, with wide-ranging bold color options, has raised the bar in terms of highly-personalized designs for bespoke kitchens. Their new cutting-edge printing process allows any image, graphic, text, print, pattern or artwork to be applied to a range, refrigerator or kitchen hood, in a smooth, yet durable, satin-like finish that can be easily cleaned. Though we admire BlueStar’s can-do tagline of “If you can dream it, BlueStar can make it”, we are curious to know if, in the future, new design overlays could be applied, especially for homebuyers that may not be “sold” on the previous owner’s daring design vision.
