I have known Chef Marcus Samuelsson for a few years and I adore him. He is an amazing chef who brings an amazing mix of flavors to his food. He was the youngest chef to receive the James Beard award - and it is beyond well deserved. If you are ever in New York, you have to go to one of his restaurants - Aquavit is my favorite.
Last night he was in town promoting a super fancy stove that is now my favorite stove for my dream home. Blue Star is the only true restaurant quality range that you can use at home. And it comes in a crazy number of colors - so it can look totally custom.
