Thanks to a mention in KitchAnn’s blog, we have been alerted to the color bonanza, available from the professional range company, Bluestar. We love the pantone color chart and its abundant choices offered to consumers that reminds us of an artist’s palette. Besides being one of the most powerful ranges, Bluestar’s unit comes in 190 colors. However, their newest line is the gas wall oven. Available as a single or double oven in widths of 24″, 30″ and 36″. The smallest model has a single door, and the larger models come with French doors. The door design is ingenious for anyone who has ever been burned by an oven door popping up. The wall ovens are very powerful with a 30,000 BTU burner and a 15,000 BTU ceramic infrared broiler. The Residential Nova burner (Range model) comes with a French top and has a simmer feature that allows cooking at 130 degrees or as high as 20,000 BTU’s. The choice is yours.
