BlueStar® Showcases 2016 Trending Colors at the American Gas Association Booth at International Builders Show
LAS VEGAS, NV, January 19 – Builders, remodelers and kitchen designers can add a little sizzle to the kitchen with a BlueStar® high-performance gas range, decked out in this season’s trending colors. This on-trend, two colored range will be on view at the International Builders Show (IBS) 2016 in Las Vegas, NV in the American Gas Association (AGA) booth #C2615.
It’s no secret that pro-style appliances are hot for both the serious and aspiring home chef – and a hot commodity in the real estate world. While pro-style kitchens have been desirable for years, today people are taking things to the next level with unique options to personalize the space, from the use of color to cooktop customization.
“The use of color in a kitchen can make a distinct and very personal statement,” said Eliza Sheffield, vice president of marketing, BlueStar®. “Home buyers can create a focal point with a range and kitchen hood that is customized to personal preferences – from the choice of color and trims, to the configuration and power of the burners.”
At the 2016 IBS Show, BlueStar® will be showcasing its premium 48” Platinum Range in Blue with Pink Knobs and a matching kitchen hood, also in Blue. The Platinum Series, which is offered in 60-inch, 48-inch, 36-inch and 30-inch size units, features searing PrimaNova® 25,000 BTU burners for maximum, concentrated heat; an interchangeable cast-iron griddle/charbroiler system that offers the ultimate in cooking flexibility; and the revolutionary PowR Oven™ technology to ensure faster, more efficient heating. As with all BlueStar® gas ranges, the Platinum Series also features a precise simmer burner, integrated wok cooking and an extra-large convection oven that fits a commercial size sheet pan.
Also on view at IBS will be the BlueStar® Sealed Burner Range and Hood in stainless. The Culinary Series’ sealed burners provide an intense 18,000 BTUs for high heat cooking and searing while the 5,000 BTU burners allow for more controlled simmering and gentle melting. Thanks to the full motion grates, pots and pans move seamlessly across the cooktop and the sealed burner design allows for a quick and easy clean up. The unit features an extra-large convection oven with 1850° infrared broiler.
