BlueStar’s revolutionary X-8™ burners feature their expansive 8-point star shaped burners, now in a modern sealed design. With a 20” circumference, the design ensures even heat across cookware of any style or size. Each burner offers 152 precision-control heat ports, providing three times the flame distribution of any other sealed burner.

With the largest range of BTUs on the market, BlueStar’s X-8™ burners reach an ultra-high sear at 25,000 BTUs and an ultra-low warm setting at 500 BTUs. Unlike most cooktops, every X-8™ burner delivers the full spectrum of heat performance. The gentle warm at 500 BTUS allows for a steady, even, and continuous heat that is available on all burners. The 36” model reaches a total of 95,000 BTUs across six burners, and the 30” model features four burners that reach 67,000 BTUs.
